The Contract Services Online Roster reflects individuals' roster status. Contract Services does not determine eligibility for employment. Questions about hiring policy should be directed to your company's Labor Relations Department.
No highlighting indicates that the individual is compliant with roster requirements and Contract Services-provided training.
  • Note that the absence of a course completion date means that the individual is in the process of completing new or initial training and has a future completion deadline that is not reflected on the Contract Services Online Roster.
Red highlighting indicates the individual is not compliant with roster requirements and/or Contract Services-provided training.
  • Note that individuals who are not compliant with Contract Services-provided training are not trained for employment in California or to be hired in California and transported out of California.
  • Red highlighting may also indicate that a required document on file with Contract Services is expired (e.g., a required license).
Yellow highlighting is used to indicate expiration of a training course that is not required for the individual’s classification or that an individual’s training completion deadline has been extended. The individual remains compliant with roster requirements and Contract Services-provided training.
